30-Day Moneyback Guarantee

Every board is made by hand, one at a time, after you order. We stand behind that work: if your board doesn't live up to what we promised, you get your money back.

The short version

You have 30 days from the day your board is delivered to tell us something is wrong. Email astchevuae@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the board, and we send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No forms, no interrogation.

Damaged in transit

If your board arrives damaged, we replace it free of charge and you do not need to send the damaged one back. Send a photo within 30 days of delivery and we start the replacement immediately.

Changed your mind

You can return an undamaged board within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Write to us first so we can give you the return address — boards sent back unannounced can go missing. Return postage for a change of mind is paid by you; we cover it in every other case.

If you live in the EU or UK

You have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Our 30-day guarantee sits on top of that right and never replaces it. To withdraw, email astchevuae@gmail.com — a clear statement is enough, no specific form required. We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned board, to the same payment method you paid with.

Each board is made to order but not personalised to your specifications, so we do not treat these as custom goods and we do not use the custom-goods exemption to refuse withdrawal.

Cancelling before your board is finished

Your board takes 6–9 weeks to make. Cancel before we have started the pour and you get a full refund with no deduction. Once the resin is poured, that board exists only for you — at that point we ask you to wait for delivery and use the 30-day guarantee instead. Email us and we will tell you honestly which stage your order is at.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. We process them within 3 business days; your bank or card issuer usually needs a further 5–10 business days to show the money.
