Where is my board?
Every board is made individually after you order, so your order moves through two distinct stages. Knowing which one you're in explains everything.
Stage 1 — Crafting (the longest part)
Estimated 6–9 weeks from the day you order. During this window your board is being made: raw walnut is cut and sanded, the resin is hand-poured, and then it cures — slowly, on the material's own schedule. Resin that is rushed loses the depth and clarity that make these boards what they are, so we don't rush it.
You will not receive tracking during this stage, because there is nothing to track yet — your board is on a workbench, not in a van. This is normal and it is not a delay.
Added Priority Crafting at checkout? Your board moves to the front of the queue, typically saving up to two weeks.
Stage 2 — Shipping
Once your board is finished, inspected and packed, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link. From there:
- Paste your tracking number into 17track.net or your local postal service's website.
- Tracking events may take 2–4 business days to appear after the shipping confirmation — this is normal while the carrier scans the parcel into the network.

We work order by order, not in batches, which means we can actually answer you. Ordering for a specific date, unsure which stage you're in, or tracking hasn't moved in a while?
