Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this store and any order you place with us. By placing an order you accept them. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.

Who we are

Horror Boards sells hand-poured resin and walnut cutting boards, made to order. You can reach us at astchevuae@gmail.com; we answer within one business day.

Made to order

Every board is crafted after you order, over an estimated 6–9 weeks. That estimate is honest, not padded, but it is an estimate: hand-poured resin cures at its own pace and we would rather be a week late than ship something we are not proud of. If your order will run past the estimate, we tell you before you have to ask.

Each board is unique

Because every pour is done by hand, the swirls, depth and colour of your board will differ from the photographs and from every other board we have made. Dimensions can vary slightly around the stated 12″ × 18″. These variations are the product working as intended, not defects.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include any tax we are required to charge. Import duties in your own country are not included — see our Shipping & Delivery page. Payment is taken when you place the order, because that is when we start buying materials and reserving your slot in the queue.

Add-ons

Gift Wrap & Card, Priority Crafting and Package Protection are optional extras. They are shown with their price before you pay and you can remove any of them at checkout.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Covered in full by our Refund & Returns Policy, including the 30-Day Moneyback Guarantee and, for EU and UK customers, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Using your board safely

The resin we use is certified food-safe once cured, and the surface is intended for cutting and serving. Hand wash only — dishwashers, prolonged soaking and direct heat will damage the board and are not covered by the guarantee. Keep hot pans off the surface.

Product images and artwork

All designs, photographs and text on this site belong to us and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Liability

We are responsible for the board being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for its purpose. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, by ignoring the care instructions, or by ordinary wear over time. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you place your order.
